in her speech, chen dai emphasised beijing cbd’s focus on principles of green and sustainable development by creating a high-quality environment through the creation of cbd city parks and high-quality urban spaces. practical spaces such as underground pedestrian systems and micro-gardens are being put in place to achieve a harmonious blend of urban and natural environments. guided by low carbon and energy efficiencient principles, beijing cbd's buildings are constructed to international standards that exceed leed gold and have been recognized as one of the greenest cbds globally. beijing cbd also uses intelligent management practices and has developed a smart transportation system that harnesses iot, big data, and cloud computing to drive innovative applications.

chen dai further noted that beijing cbd is an experienced hub of top talent. with over 30 years of development and evolution, beijing cbd has accumulated a wealth of expertise in efficient management and sustainable growth. beijing cbd's team of over 100 professionals collaborates closely with international research institutions such as jones lang lasalle, pwc, deloitte, yale university, the wharton school, and global think tanks to drive further progress in the city.
