11月2日，第十六届中国—拉美企业家高峰会在北京举行。在会议现场，中国与巴哈马、多米尼加、古巴、墨西哥、萨尔瓦多、特立尼达和多巴哥、危地马拉、牙买加、阿根廷、巴西、秘鲁、厄瓜多尔、哥伦比亚、圭亚那、智利的工商界代表共同发出《中国—拉美和加勒比工商界合作北京倡议》。以下为倡议全文：

中国—拉美和加勒比工商界合作北京倡议

值此以“开放创新、共享发展”为主题的第十六届中国—拉美企业家高峰会在中国首都北京举行之际，中国与拉美和加勒比地区的工商界代表共同发出以下倡议：

themed “open innovation, shared development”, the 16th china-latin america and the caribbean business summit is being held in beijing, capital of china, and representatives of the business community from china, latin america, and  caribbean states jointly propose the following:

一、推动数字经济发展。数字经济发展速度之快、辐射范围之广、影响程度之深前所未有，正推动生产方式、生活方式的深刻变革。我们致力于推动数字经济发展，促进数字技术和实体经济深度融合，推进传统产业数字化转型，加强数字经济领域的交流合作。

1. boost the development of digital economy. the digital economy is developing with unprecedented speed, scope, and influence, driving profound changes in production and lifestyles. we are comitted to promoting digital economy, integration of digital technology and the real economy, digital transformation of traditional industries as well as exchanges and cooperation in the digital economy.

二、持续推进农业合作。中拉农业互补性强，在市场需求、资源要素、产品结构、资本构成、技术集成等方面各有优势，合作前景广阔。我们愿积极参加农业经贸促进活动，推动农产品贸易扩大规模和优化结构，促进农产品种植、加工、仓储物流基础设施建设等领域投资。

2. advance agricultural cooperation. china and lac countries are highly complementary in agriculture. each side has respective strengths in demand, resources, product portfolio, capital structure, and technology, and the prospect for cooperation is promising. we will actively participate in agricultural trade promotion activities to improve trade volume and structure, and bolster investment in agricultural production and processing as well as warehousing and logistics infrastructure.

三、加强文化旅游合作。文化和旅游产业对于促进经济转型升级、提质增效、满足人民美好生活需要具有重要作用。我们愿促进中拉文明互鉴，支持文化和创意产业合作。我们鼓励分享旅游行业信息，支持旅游产业合作，愿推动打造可持续旅游线路和产品。

3. reinforce cooperation in culture and tourism. culture and tourism are essential to promoting economic transformation,  improving economic quality and performance, and meeting people’s needs for a better life. we will promote mutual learning between chinese and lac civilizations and support cooperation in cultural and creative sectors. we will encourage the sharing of tourism information, support tourism cooperation and develop new sustainable tourism routes and products.

四、深挖绿色经济潜力。绿色是大自然的底色，良好生态环境是人民的共同期盼。我们倡导绿色低碳的生产方式和生活方式，愿加强清洁能源、低碳交通、节能建筑、绿色技术、应对气候变化等领域交流合作，携手推动经济社会绿色可持续发展。

4. tap the potential of green economy. green is the color of nature, and a clean environment is the common aspiration of all people. we will advocate green and low-carbon production and lifestyles and intensify exchanges and cooperation in clean energy, low-carbon transportation, energy-saving buildings, green technology, and climate actions, and work together to promote green and sustainable economic and social development.

五、构建中拉命运共同体。当前，中拉关系已经进入平等、互利、创新、开放、惠民的新时代。我们愿秉持坚韧不拔、勇于开拓的企业家精神，做开放发展的推动者、创新发展的领军者、共享发展的践行者，为推动构建中拉命运共同体贡献工商界力量。

5. build a china-lac community with a shared future. china-lac relations have entered a new era characterized by equality, mutual benefit, innovation, openness, and benefits for the people. the business community will continue to act with great tenacity and entrepreneurship, and champion open, innovative and shared development, so as to make greater contributions to the building of a china-lac community with a shared future.
